An early walk – beautiful sunshine -but it was cold and frosty.

Every 2-3 days my husband can also go with us, unfortunately he lacks the strength.

My husband can now walk with us again, but he uses a walker (Rollator). This means he can safely walk and sit down if it gets too strenuous.

 

I’m so glad he’s feeling a little better at the moment.
